I am a long term user of Open Office, and have had no problems until this one appeared. When I am looking at the long list of folders, and click the button "NEW FOLDER" with the intent to create a new folder, nothing happens. I cannot create a new folder. Therefore I do not have the ability to create a new folder with my client's name. I can save documents. I just cannot create a new folder. All work-arounds are non-responsive. Please comment with the assumption that I know how to use a program which I have been using for many years, please. The open/save dialogue will not let me create a new folder.
