A more detailed description by the author would better facilitate the steps needed to replicate the crash. The steps I took, result, and testing environment are as follows: Steps: 1) Launch OpenOffice Writer 2) Launch Firefox and navigate to the web address https://www.facebook.com/ 3) Log in to Facebook page and click "messages," located on the left hand side panel 4) Click on one of the chat conversations 5) Highlight the entire conversation (including pictures and text) and right-click, select the "copy" option. 6) Navigate back to OpenOffice Writer 7) Click on File > New > Text Document (a new text document will be opened) 8) Right-click anywhere on the open document and select the "paste" option to paste the Facebook conversation. Result: OpenOffice Writer does not crash using the above steps. The Facebook conversation appeared in the document after pasting.
