Opening any PDF immediately crashes AOO 4.2 (tested with build
AOO420m1(Build:9800) - Rev. 1631975) under Win XP Pro x86 SP3 and Win7 Pro
x64 SP1
Action: open or drop any PDF on Start Center
What happens: AOO 4.2 crashes if PDF Import extension is not installed
Expected: AOO displays the ASCII filter options
Ideal: AOO displays a dialog informing the user that PDF Import needs to be
installed with a link to the download page
