I opened the pptx in MS PowerPoint first and can see that the presentation contains 1 slide with an embedded chart. In PP I can right-click and edit the data. Then I opened the file in OO (Using File>Open) when the presentation opens in Impress you only see the blank chart. When I right click the chart and select Chart Data Table it is blank.
