In case you missed it: - Create a sheet with a reasonable number of records consisting of multiple columns - select 2 or 3 consecutive columns (not all columns) - choose Data>Subtotals - Select a column and optionally an action - Select a second column without selecting an action The records are now regrouped according to your input, but the columns that were not selected are left untouched.
