This clearly an ISSUE. It is recurring and it requires unusual knowledge on
the part of users.
1. An easy fix is to instruct users how to turn off Quickstarter and the error
message should provide some sort of link with information on how to do that,
since so many users have no idea that there is such a thing.
2. A better fix is have the default install on Windows be with Quickstarter
turned off.
We should stop using "support" as an adjective in closing these issues.
