Overview: 
Issues when removing text numbering using Backspace and removing text
indentation using the page ruler.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Enter a line of text, and apply numbering using the numbering button.
2) Enter another line of text.
3) Remove numbering from the second line of text using the Backspace key.  The
second line of text should be lined up with the first line of text.
4) Remove indentation from the second line of text using the sliding tab in the
page ruler.
5) Try to restore indentation to the second line of text by pressing the Tab
key.

Actual Results:
The second line of text does not get indented.

Expected Results:
The second line of text should be indented.
