I am changing my mind here :).

Although scaling of the user's PC can be an issue, the issue also applies when
the recommended default 100% scaling of the desktop display is used.

So Issue #126436# is a related issue, and there may be a common cause, but the
cases are different.  Let's leave this open so that folks who have more
information or similar experiences can find a place to add their confirmations.
