two page table with mysterious duplication of the first row on the second page

In text tables that extend over more than one page the first row in the table
will be reproduced at the top of each new page in print view, and will be
printed or exported that way.

This repeated row is not really there. For example, in the attached file try a
Select All and note that the first row of the second page doesn't get
highlighted.
