THANK YOU. I just uninstalled the "problem" version, and Re-Installed the latest version from the office Apache site. I am embarrassed to have raised an issue which developed from my OWN OVERSIGHT. I believe I might not have checked LANGUAGE during the "problem" downloads (more than once,I am sorry to admit).
