Was able to recreate that issue on Windows 10
Intel atom CPUZ3735 1.33 ghz. 2 GB ram.
Actually it doesn't occur when you use ctrl + enter. But it does if you push
the table by using just enter.
Steps to reproduce
1. Open Writer
2. Click enter
3. Click table
4. select insert
5. Click enter
6. Click row above entered table
7. Press enter button and don't let it go.
8. App crashes after a second
