Summary:
When resizing a frame in attached Word 97 2004 doc (TBC 2.doc) OO writer
crashes with the error: Fatal Error - Index out of bounds

Environment:
S X:           El Capitan 10.11.3.
Open Office:    4.1.2 for OS X (AOO412m3(Build:9782)  -  Rev. 1709696
                2015-10-21 09:36:46 (Wed, 21 Oct 2015)


On my machine this is 100% reproducible. 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached document "TBC 2.doc"
2. Scroll down to page 24
3. Select the frame by clicking on its border.
4. Enlarge the frame by extending it to the right. (Click and drag the green
mark to the right)

Result: Writer crash with error Fatal error - Index out of bounds

Old word docs sometimes looks a bit strange when opened in OO Writer  (see
issue https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=125411 ). These docs needs
reformatting to look good. This issue might cause users to choose another
editor.

Issue seems related to this one.
