The setting "Lingue predefinite per i documenti - Occidentale" is for new documents only. In existing documents you need to change the language in the character styles (see menu "Format - Character" tab "Font"). Please note that the document can contain more than 1 character style. Then you need to check the language setting in every character style. Here the "Styles and Formattings" dialog can help (press [F11] to open). When opened click on the "Character Styles" icon and select "Applied Styles" in the drop-down-box below. Via right-mouse-click you can open the dialog for the respective style.
