I watched storage usage rise to 1.3GB then drop back to 900MB when I was creating the test case I sent along with comment 13. I haven't been able to figure out whether the problem is related to a particular function in the spreadsheets or just the number of formulas. I have some really big spreadsheets with lots of formulas which don't seem to have the problem.
