I prefer to always "Show" my notes on the attached spreadsheet (file 8.ods).
Below is a detailed description of the issue that I encounter when I do:
1. Input data into cell (file 1.png).
2. Right click and "Insert Note" (file 2.png).
3. Create the note (file 3.png).
4. Re-position the note (file 4.png) (I'm not sure if this step effects the
problem or not)
5. Save the file and close OpenOffice.
6. Open the file you will see that the note has moved down (file 5.png)(file
6.png reveals that no protection is set, but setting it does not seem to effect
the outcome,
7. If you make a change to any cell and save/close/open again, it moves even
farther down as shown in file 7.png..
This problem is similar to some of the others, but unique enough to warrant a
separate report. (By the way, I'm using version 3.1.1, build 9420).
