The line is the bottom line of the paragraph 1 line above. When you put the
cursor in that line, hit the right mouse button, choose "Paragraph", in the
upcomig dialog go to "Borders" and delete the bottom line by clicking on it.

Or mark 1-2 lines above and below the line. Then go to "Format - Default
Formatting" and the lines are gone. Just tested in a text document.

This is an automatic formatting feature. So, make sure that especially the
option in "Tools - AutoCorrect Options - AutoCorrect - Options - Apply border"
is disabled for "M" and "T".
