The order of actions for the said issue to manifest:
1. Open any OpenOffice application or launch OpenOffice in any desired way.
2. Open Extension Manager
3. Close Extension Manager, leave OO running.
4. Hover the pointer over OO icon in Dock, right-click the icon, choose
Extension Manager. Extension Manager's window will re-appear. Every button,
every clickable element is unresponsive now with the exception of "-" yellow
round button at the upper left ("minimize window"). No way other than by
quitting it to close, invoke help, update or take any other action implemented
through UI buttons of the EM window while OO is running.
