I am not sure Mandriva is the point here. The issue is about how to write a
word in German. And the German reference page www.duden.de is inconsistant of
this.

It is about the word cosine, in German Cosinus or Kosinus. In math duden points
out that "Cosinus" is still used while you can not find the word in this
writings.
So it seems that this word is dieing in german, and you would write it today
more like you speak, with a "K" at the start.

However I agree it is obsolete since we handle this in the i10n list and
poodle. No Issue needed.
