Screenshots illustrating the issue
Steps to reproduce:
1. run AOO Writer
2. open Navigator
press <F5> or View > Navigator
If you click List Box icon (leftmost icon in the second row) repetitively
you will show/hide the Navigator list.
3. Dock Navigator
press Control key and double-click on a vacant part of the window
4. Click List Box icon
Nothing happens. (Tooltip says: "Shows or hides the Navigator list")
5. Open new Calc document
File > New > Spreadsheet
6. Click List Box icon
You will notice that now icon works as expected (shows or hides the
Navigator list).
