Steps to reproduce:
1. Insert any object from the "Fontwork Gallery".
2. on the "Fontwork" toolbar open
the "Fontwork Character Spacing" pop-up window
(last icon on the toolbar).
3. Choose the "Custom..." item.
The "Fontwork Character Spacing" dialog appears.
Every time you repeat steps 2.- 3.
a new instance of the dialog is displayed.
Must be an old issue - observed also in OpenOffice.org 3.2.0
Expected result: only once instance of the dialog.
A note:
In view of this Issue, Issue 128384 and Issue 122403
let's hope that the "Fontwork" toolbar is not haunted. ;‑)
