It seems many people repeatedly ask about this. I feel it implies we need to restore the `ANSIBLE_DISTRIBUTED.md` document along with the Ansible `distributed` environment. It had been in the core repo once but was removed at some point. While we can still deploy OpenWhisk in the distributed environment with the `local` environment, it is more intuitive to have the `distributed` environment along with a corresponding document.
