SqlRun should not be tied to Optiq. It should run against any JDBC data source.
It will help if it is a standalone project and maven artifact.
Make it a repo under github.com/julianhyde. groupId = net.hydromatic.
artifactId = sqlrun.
Better name than SqlRun?
