### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Get benchmark suite and documentation suite working ### Why are the changes needed? * more helpful git ignore and package command for working with benchmarks * graceful error handling of misconfigured benchmarks * updated taxi dataset source and schema (the old one no longer exists) * dependency plugin now ignores test dependencies unused in main * removed unused mapreduce dependency ### How was this patch tested?
