### What changes were proposed in this pull request? ### Why are the changes needed? The `count` and `sizes` commands provided by `orc-tools` now require that the file must have an orc suffix, but the orc files generated by Hive and Spark do not necessarily have an orc suffix, which makes it inconvenient to use. ### How was this patch tested? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
