### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Add a new geometry type to Apache ORC. ### Why are the changes needed? Apache Iceberg is adding geospatial support: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1iVFbrRNEzZl8tDcZC81GFt01QJkLJsI9E2NBOt21IRI.
