Description:
This JIRA serves as an umbrella issue to comprehensively track all
enhancements, optimizations, and fixes related to enabling and improving
support for the RISC-V architecture within the Apache orc project. The scope
includes but is not limited to:
1. Platform-Specific Optimizations and Compatibility Adjustments
2. Post-Implementation Bug Fixes and Enhancements
3. Test and CI Coverage for RISC-V Environments
4. Documentation Updates and UserGuides
