While working on a SCM issue with [~shashikant], we found that there is not a
metric for "total" container count. Currently, there are OpenContainers,
ClosingContainers, QuasiClosedContainers, ClosedContainers, DeletingContainers,
DeletedContainers. So, a total container count would be the sum of all.
