{{ozone.block.deleting.limit.per.task}} (constant:
{{{}OZONE_BLOCK_DELETING_LIMIT_PER_CONTAINER{}}}) property is not used by the
block deletion logic in datanode anymore. This property can be removed and all
the reference in the testcase can be cleaned up.
