Currently we don't have the ability to take OM locks on a set of keys. We need
this functionality to take locks on multiple snapshots at once while performing
garbage collection operations on snapshots. This patch aims towards taking a
bulk stripe lock on a set of snapshot Ids provided by each of the garbage
collection threads.
