Currently the mismatch api instead of looking into the containerKeyCountTable
looks into containerKeyPrefix table which means more number of keys have to be
looked into while getting mismatched container. The proposal here is to look
into the containerKeyCountTable for checking the presence of the container and
only look into the containerKeyPrefixTable if and only if the containerMetadata
for container is needed to be returned.
