Description:
S3 Gateway with HAProxy is tested in {{ozone}} and {{ozonesecure}}
environments. Let's move these to {{ozone-ha}} and {{ozonesecure-ha}},
respectively.
Notes:
- Test in {{ozone}} is disabled due to flakiness (HDDS-9292).
- Robot tests are executed in a specific container. In HA env we have multiple
SCM, so {{execute_robot_test scm ...}} should be replaced. With HAProxy,
{{s3g}} container is the load-balancer, which does not have Robot, so
{{execute_robot_test s3g ...}} needs to be replaced, too.
