Opening a read-only RocksDb instance via {{DatanodeStoreSchemaThreeImpl()}} and
via {{BlockUtils.getUncachedDatanodeStore()}} fails.
{{assert(isOwningHandle())}} fails in several methods of RocksDb.
Investigate if setting any column family options results in these failures.
