In EC reads, we will fall back to online reconstructional reads when there are
failures in the happy path read ( no failures from any DN when reading).
This involves decoding the failed stripes by reading parity replicas. Users may
want to correlate whether the read overheads are due to online reconstruction
or something else. So, it would be good to provide some metrics or logging to
indicate the readers are switching to reconstructional reads.
This JIRA analyzes those read paths and makes sure we have enough trace
information to correlate.
