With implementation of ReclaimableKeyFilter & ReclaimableDirectoryFilter both
snapshot directory deep cleaning and AOS DirectoryDeletingService can be
unified which will simplify the entire implementation rather than having
multiple implementations for DirectoryDeletingService.
