Summary: Correct SCMPerformanceMetrics for delete operation

In SCMPerformanceMetrics, deleteKeySuccess, deleteKeyFailure are not updated at
key level, instead updated at request level from OM. These metrics should be
updated at key level to know actual key count received from OM to SCM for
delete.
Also we should add block count metrics(Number of blocks received from OM to SCM
for delete).
