To optimize HDDS-13442 further, we need a new implementation of PartKeyInfoMap
that uses an updated version of Iterable based on the KeyInfoProtoLight proto
object (introduced as part of PR
[#8699|https://github.com/apache/ozone/pull/8699]) instead of KeyInfo in the
MultipartInfoInsightHandler class.
