## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
**Performance optimization for Recon multipart event handling to address
unnecessary deserialization overhead.**
**Key Changes:**
1. **Enhanced ReconBasicOmKeyInfo:**
- Added getFromProtobuf(KeyInfo) method for direct KeyInfo conversion
- Added convertMultipartToBasic() method for optimized multipart
processing
2. **Optimized MultipartInfoInsightHandler:**
- Replaced individual PartKeyInfo processing with batch lightweight
conversion
- Updated all event handlers (handlePutEvent, handleDeleteEvent,
handleUpdateEvent, getTableSizeAndCount)
