A few Hadoop classes ByteBufferPositionedReadable, LeaseRecoverable, SafeMode,
SafeModeAction
(https://github.com/apache/ozone/tree/master/hadoop-ozone/ozonefs-common/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/fs)
were added by HDDS-10511, HDDS-8436 to support HBase where the APIs only
existed in Hadoop 3.3.6 and above.
Now that we dropped Hadoop 3.1 and 3.2 support and moved up to Hadoop 3.4, it's
time to remove these hacks.
