Hi [~yutalin] thanks for your interest in this issue! It turns out
[~aswinshakil] already has some work started on this but we did not assign it.
I've updated the task now, sorry for the confusion. If you'd like to help out
with the reconciliation project, you could pick up HDDS-10714 or HDDS-10759 as
good introductory tasks.
