Summary: Fix impersonation with SPNEGO for Recon UI

Impersonation with SPNEGO is not working properly for Recon, as the
ReconAuthFilter will use the `getFilterConfigMap()` from hadoop's
AuthenticationFilterInitializer. The prefix there will be
`hadoop.http.authentication.`. More context here:
