There are few Recon OM tasks which stores their metadata in SQL derby DB and we
should need to move their data to rocksDB after the staging based design
implementation for recon OM tasks:

# FileSizeCountTaskOBS - FILE_COUNT_BY_SIZE table
# OMTableInsightTask - GLOBAL_STATS table
