Description:
AGENTS.md gives context for AI coding tools to understand the overall codebase,
how to build, how to test after code generation.
* Note: it used to be that Claude Code requires CLAUDE.md, GEMINI.md for
Gemini Cli. Now all coding agents converged onto AGENTS.md to provide a unified
Markdown file.
* Unfortunately, as of today, Gemini-Cli and Claude Code still only recognizes
GEMINI.md and CLAUDE.md respectively.
