Summary: Cannot export spans to Jaeger in docker environment

All services in docker compose such as OM, SCM, DN, S3G cannot export their
traces to Jaeger.
All services show the same stacktrace:

No '-XX:...' jvm parameters are set. Adding safer GC settings
'-XX:ParallelGCThreads=8' to the OZONE_OPTS
