The last commit is just a rebase to the v2 site branch `HDDS-9225-website-v2`. @errose28 , @sodonnel can you please review the commit [2741e62](https://github.com/apache/ozone-site/pull/88/commits/2741e622c5a8bb7f091695249add479b464692c0)? To summarize: - Split Stephen's doc into two, moved one part to the internals section. This is largely unmodified with just a few minor word replacements (problem -> issue). - Added a container state transition diagram. - The second part is moved to the admin section with usage of the `ozone admin container report` command, along with short descriptions of the most critical states - under-replicated, missing and unhealthy.
