We should block external links to {{https://ozone.apache.org}}. The new site
should not be referencing the old site since they will never exist at the same
time in production. Once released, the new site should only use relative links
to refer to its own pages. We can fix the links in these pages to point to the
corresponding pages in the new site and add a check enforcing this rule after
HDDS-14512 is complete.
