Description:
Currently, the Cluster Capacity page shows _Ozone Capacity_ as the available
space for Ozone. This value is calculated as the difference between the total
filesystem capacity and the reserved space, but this is not clearly explained
to users.
To improve clarity, the tooltip for _Ozone Capacity_ should display:
* Total filesystem capacity
* Reserved space
* How Ozone Capacity is calculated (filesystem capacity minus reserved space)
This will help users clearly understand how the displayed Ozone Capacity value
is derived.
