## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Create a variant of `ozone-runner` with Java 8 to be used in client compatibility tests. - Replace JDK with JRE. - Some of the tools from the full image are omitted (`async-profiler`, `byteman`, `mountpoint-s3`, `rclone`). https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-14579 ## How was this patch tested?
