This ticket abstracts 6 duplicate test methods from
*AbstractOzoneFileSystemTest* and *AbstractRootedOzoneFileSystemTest* to the
shared base class *OzoneFileSystemTestBase* Abstracted:
# *testListStatus*
# *testListStatusOnRoot*
# *testListStatusOnSubDirs*
# *testListStatusIteratorOnSubDirs*
# *testDeleteCreatesFakeParentDir*
# *testNonExplicitlyCreatedPathExistsAfterItsLeafsWereRemoved*
Testing: Full test suite passes with no functional changes to test behavior.
