Current:
`{{{}ozone admin datanode list`{}}} can dispaly "{{{}Total volume count"{}}}
and {{{}Healthy volume count, d{}}}Datanode JMX can disply the NumFailedVolumes

- The command display which disk was failure.
- SCM's Prometheus/metrics2 metrics are missing – VolumeFailures.
