A common issue is connectivity.
If client is unable to connect to OM, or OM is unable to elect a leader, client
will then retry many times.
Or if SCM is down, and OM is unable to allocate blocks.
Or Recon is down, and Datanode is unable to connect to Recon.
Or Datanode is down, and client can't read or write.
